NFL Week 18 Point Spreads - Saturday Games
Kansas City Chiefs (-9) vs. Las Vegas Raiders 52.5 [O]
The last week of the NFL season is full of landmines for bettors
Let's take the KC game against the Vegas Raiders.
The Chiefs win and they earn the number one seed and the coveted bye that goes with it; the Raiders are playing for nothing except to see if third year QB, Jason Stidham, can repeat last week's MVP-worthy performance against the Niners.
At first glance the pick would be easy---KC wants that bye--but what if they're ahead by 7 and at the Vegas 40 yard-line, late fourth quarter. They would probably punt--and take the easy 7-point win.
What if KC is in the Raiders Red Zone ahead by six, the RB breaks free to the endzone--but gives himself up with a slide, to insure a first down, thereby sapping the last timeout from Vegas?
Conversely, don't forget how much the Raiders would love to stick it to their arch rival.
Vegas gave the Chiefs all they could stomach in a Week Five 30-29 thriller.
I believe the Spread is a little inflated and the Raiders will Cover---play the Over.

Tennessee Titans (5.5) vs. Jacksonville Jaguars 40 [U]
Meanwhile, in Jacksonville, we've watched Trevor Lawrence blossom into his expectations all year. The kid can play.
Tennessee is majorly banged up--most of their stars and good back-ups are on IR or otherwise hobbled for this game.
Mike Vrabel is a good coach and will keep his team close, but Doug Pedersen knows how to prep a playoff team an dd has a notable talent advantage at the skill positions.
We're laying the 5.5 and taking the Jags--Under the Number.
Jaguars 23
Titans 16
