POINTS TO PONDER
After a cataclysmically poor Week One we are going to just go with the odds on this one.
Our off the cuff pick was the Bald Birds laying the points with the Over.
The Eagles and Jalen Hurts torched the Norsemen last year...and Minny’s secondary wasn’t upgraded in the off season...
Last week, the Vikings lost to Baker Mayfield and the Mateys 20-17...-they advanced the rock 5.9 YPP and only gave up 3.6 YPP...
The Eagles went up to the Razor in Foxboro, sprinted out to a 16-0 lead, the hung on for a 25-20 win...Hurts Torched Belichick’s boys the whole game.
We just have never believed in Kirk Cousins; he’s a good quarterback who is never good enough.
Although neither squad impressed in Week One, Philly top to bottom--players 1-53--is clearly the more talented/deeper team.
Even with All-Pro CB, James Bradberry on the concussion bus, the Eagles secondary and pass rush is better than Minny’s.

The Eagles are at home on the short week; even though that trend has been streaky both ways recently; in the last 20 years, home teams fared better.
