I picked this puppy as my Lock for Week Nine because Lamar Jackson is back, the Magpies are getting healthier on defense, Baltimore has the better head coach and staff, and Miami’s Tua Taglovaiola is one hit away from a concussion-induced retirement.

The Dolphins rout of the Birds of Prey last week is a mirage.  They average 10 PPG in their four losses; and Mike McDaniel’s boys are in the bottom third of the league in the most important stats--on both sides of the ball.

The Crows have been trying to scavenge wins with a defensive unit in mired in triage and an offense without two-time MVP in Jackson.
