Ugliest game of the year between two teams that are a combined 3-14.

The Under is a premium play here and we’re getting great value in our early week look when it was 40.5. The action was so heavy on the Under, the books deflated it down to 38.

We’re getting great value on our Total pick, and we’re going with the Bears as Carolina’s rookie QB, Bryce Young is coming off a disastrous 3-interception, 2 pick six, outing against the Horse Shoes.

The Black Cats have a bad defense, too.

Chicago has a good running game to go along with a dreadful air attack. The Panthers 4.2 YPPass is next to worst, and their 4.8 YPPlay is the worst in football.

The Bears acquired DE, Montez Sweat at the trade deadline to add some oxygen to a pass rush that is lifeless with only 10 sacks on the year.

An interesting aspect of this game is Chicago owns the Panthers 2024 1st round draft choice as a result of their trading for WR, DJ Moore. This win could add excellent value to that pick.

Add all of the above to a Carolina team racked by injury, and the Bears playing at home and it’s a Lock, stock, and barrel victory.

Lay the 3, play the Under and prepare to be bored.
