Rumour has it Dolphins players are carping at each other on the sidelines and that perhaps Head Coach Mike McDaniel has “lost” his team.  

Only two years ago, McDaniel was an NFL darling because he could “relate” to younger players and was often touted as the new prototypical head coach...

Miami QB Tua Tagovailoa is a literal head case with a history of concussions, an average arm, and receivers complaining about being open downfield.

Another problem is an awful Miami defense, which has lost to NFL sophomore and 3rd overall draft pick in 2024, Drake Maye last week, and Indy and Daniel Jones--still trying to stave off the dreaded "journeyman" label--in Week One.

What’s one of the NFL’s elite QBs going to do to the Dolphins defense?

Of course, conventional wisdom says when the public and the Sharps are overwhelmingly on board with a long Home Favorite, it’s a safe strategy to be contrarian and take the heavy Underdog.  This is also a division game, and double-digit favorites are less likely to win those matches.
